The university has a number of forms that student, faculty and staff have to fill out.
These forms are generated by computer. We should be able to fill out these forms via computer.
However the university is not yet at that stage. This page contains PDF versions of forms.
These forms can be filled out using Adobe's free Acrobat Reader 4.0
and then printed. So you
do not have to find a typewriter.
